What is the Lord's Supper - Communion (I Cor. 11:23-26)
It is a symbol of His body and His blood. It is a memorial and a statement of faith.
Who Should Participate in the Lord's Supper? (Mark 14:22-26)
Only those who are already Christians.
How Do I Prepare Myself for the Lord's Supper?
"A person ought to examine himself before he eats of the bread and drinks of the cup." (I Cor. 11:27-28)
This involves self-examination, confessing your sins to Him, recommitting to live for Christ, and restoring relationships with others.
How Often Should We Observe the Lord's Supper? (I Cor. 11:24-25)
Jesus never specified when or how often believers should observe the Lord's Supper. We at KCC observe it at each of our services, occasionally in our small groups and sometimes at special services. |
